Answers: Are you sure you don't have it contained by key lock mode? One time I thought my ipod be broken because I forgot I put it in lock. You should check that. Also, if you own one of those link thingies, hook it up to your computer and see what happen.
yes. this happened to me. be in motion to apple.com then poke about "ipod help". then click on the 3rd choice (might be the fourth) and read until you achieve to it
