1.1.3 firmware?

I downloaded the new firmware, but it doesn't include any of the up to date features it said it would have. I be wondering if anybody else had impossible to tell apart problem. What exactly the new features are and they aren't on the iPod touch?

When I updated to 1.3.3 firmware, my Nano have a sleep feature, it can scroll by the alphabet and loads of other stuff.
