What program can i use to comvert mp3 to mp4 for my ipod?

its been driving me insane...i ahve a vidio ipod, but i cant attain any vidios on it....when i try to convert a music vidio on itunes itself, the movies there, but not the audio....any oblige would be nice, thanks
