Stuck contained by iPod diagnostics ?
But today within all my Mummy wisdon I contracted to play her iPod while cleaning her room via her Iz speakers.
Wanting to simply turn it on, I pressed what I thought was the correct button but it wasn;t so tried soemthing else. It later dispayed Diagnostics on the screen. I have NO IDEA what it was so I come on Yahoo to ask...got distratcted by a phone telephone and forgot until now......it's eyeshade is very dim and I cannot seem to be to get it to do anything.
I've put it on charge on a docking charger and come for HELP!
Answers: I own a 30 gig classic Ipod and sooner or later after taking it off the charger, it become very dim and the apple logo wouldn't disappear...It also made some unnatural noise. I have the IPOD for 3 months so I thought that it was something that I have done...i took it to the apple store and they replaced it...they just said it be something that happens internally next to the construction of the ipod
Also try what the user above said...only u hold the middle button for roughly speaking 10 seconds...
Maybe that's what's going on near you...
press the middle button and the syop button for approx 6 secs it should reset
