Ok, so I have an iPod video, and I basically tried turning it on today. It showed the Apple logo, then come to a white screen that told me to restore my iPod by connecting it to iTunes... Well, I connected it to my iTunes, and tried to restore it. But every time it say that it was not sufficiently expert to restore the iPod due to unknown error. I thought that maybe it be on disc mode, so I changed it using the menu and center buttons, but it still won't restore. What do I do?
