Hey my computer is saying that it cant read my ipod, so it say to go to summary below ipod preferences and restore it. Anyone know how the heck to do that or where i.e. even found?

Answers: If you own one of the new iTunes version then click the iPod symbol on the disappeared under devices. It should show several tab. If summary is not already selected, click it. Then you should see "Update" and "Restore" click restore and follow the instructions
