Hi everyone, i just installed the Creative MediaSource leader, and i plugged in my investigational creative zen v plus. For some reason my computer and MediaSource cannot detect it, and it doesnt show up. I presume maybe it is because the MediaSource disk is from a creative NANO PLUS? i'm so hugely confused. Does MediaSource only work for only one individual product? or every Creative MP3. Please help!
Answers: contact creative and seize a new cd, or try to find a copy of the program on the internet
