sometimes my ipod 5g video 30gig turns off unevenly. Some times it will be fine for days. Other days its bad. Its below warranty, apple said to send it to them, fix for free, but if its fine, i could be charged 100 dollars for diagnosis. What if it works fine while nearby what should I do? Thanks, Tim
Answers: There is something wrong with it. Send it stern and don't let them snowball you. It is a mfg fault.
My cousins ipod had a similar problem, except it turned on capriciously. He was competent to send it support to apple and get a spanking new one for free so i dont understand why they said that to you.
