Itunes is broken....?

My touch that i got yesterday is in a minute apparently broken, i can't delete anything from it

I was count an episode of south park to my ipod (and since apple is gay and sometimes mp4 works and sometimes it doesn't i tried using mpg and it downloaded the episode to my songs)

I can't delete it since my itunes is broken. I can't access my list of songs ive get on my touch, i can't edit the playlist that's on my touch, and if i follow the apple.com instructions to gross syncing manual it doesn't hold a summary tab

My itunes is really messed, help plz

also any tips around what file type to get hold of videos contained by for touch that will work 100% of the time would be great
