Ok, I download the "Sansa_e200_reference.zip (2.0 MB)" surrounded by
http://www.cerebus.de/iriver/download.ht... Then i put it in my sanddisk sansa, and i thought it a upgrade firmware program.And I run it surrounded by my sandisk sansa, and it give my a white blind. I can't do anything with my sandisk sansa immediately, it's not even appears in the computer any more. please lend a hand me guys!
Answers: well, first I see within the url, it seems that you downloaded iriver software to your sansa. Not compatible. Next time, I'd download ALL firmware from sandisk.com . Second, did you try to reformat it? There's a great knit in my sources that have detailed instructions for reformatting your sansa. I've had to do it, and mine works wonderfully now.
