I have a Sandisk Sansa E260 MP3 Player and when I get on Windows Media Player I plugged in my device and for some drive it still says plug surrounded by device to sync music. If anyone can help me and explain to me why it keeps doing this I will appreciate it.
Answers: Couple things to try:
Reinstall driver
Use your PC System Restore function to a time when it still worked.
If it be not compatable, you'd get a error message. And close to you said, it used to work.
