Problem near Zen V Plus?
Basically, it does not charge when it's plugged surrounded by (she only have the USB cable to charge with).
Customer support has not offered much aid, and according to their email, if it has not be charged in a while, it might clutch up to one hour for the battery charging statue to appear. However, she has not here it plugged in for a while, and nought happens.
Has anybody else have this problem/know how to fix it? Thanks very much contained by advance.
Answers: Well.. don't fix it by yourself, creative will not be responsible for those players self dismantled when whoever demand for a switch.
may i know which country your friend live in? If it's contained by singapore,contact the customer support again and reply to them saying that it is still impossible to tell apart problem. They will most likely explain to you to come back down to the creative precision (nearest creative outlets) for a fix.They will try their best to help you fix it backbone to normal. If the problem is severe, they may even swing a brand new one to your friend.Before you when at hand, make a back-up and put adjectives the songs into the computer as creative may erase all information.They will do it for free if your friend's player is still under warrenty. but minus warrenty, they will charge you 40 dollars (in singapore figures)
