My wife and i own the sansa 4gb she have video and i do not how can i bring the video portion on mine?



Answers:    Do you have the WiFi Sansa Connect? You have need of a firmware update. My Sansa Connect did not come with video any. Once you update the firmware then you will enjoy video capabilities.
