Answers:    You have to run into Preferences on iTunes. There should be an option on one of the tab about autocopying or syncing your files to your iPod. Just fashion sure that it is not set to automatic. Then when you plug in your iPod, you should be capable of just drag the files over from the Library directly over to the iPod within the left panel.
Click manually order music and instead of syncing your music you just drag and drop
