i called the exact help provided on the website and adjectives they told is to download windows medium player 10 and i did i tried syncing but my device is still not recognized. i cant download samsung medium studio becuase i need directx 9.0c and i dont know where on earth to get that. adjectives i need is to put music on my mp3 its be over 3 months. plus when i plug it in it say found new hardware but previously i was competent to plug it in and it would be accredited and i would just drag and drop. plus i dont enjoy the cd becuase i bought it off a friend and he bought it past its sell-by date a friend. someone please help me.
