I am a single parent of three and can barely cause it. In the last two months I hold missed four days of work and been belatedly multiple times due to monwy related issues. However, the duties at work that I do are non stop, very physical and I do a apt job. The RN's I work near get salaried 21.00 hr to do the same job I do ( except paperwork and pass meds). Shouldn't I be eligible and ask immediately for more money or should I leave and wish new employment which pays more? Should I dawdle b/c of the absences and lateness?
