my new iPod nano 3rd gen is acting enormously strange, once it had a comatose battery, and i forgot to charge it so roughly speaking a week or so, then i recharged it half-way (which i dream up is the problem), and started using it, then when i turned it on it seem fine until i went into the photos and when i go into the photos is restarted itself by turning off next the Apple logo came and the leading menu comes, so i try to do hard reset by restoring rear legs to original, so i connected it to my computer and when it said connected, it restarted itself, Apple logo and prime menu and everything what do i do?

As long as it's working fine, I wouldn't be too conserned. But the best thing you can do it pinch it to where you get it and ask for help. You don't want to mess it up because you're trying to fix it. You know?!
