Ok i own a Zen...can u give support to me?

its supposed to charge when u plug it into the computer...sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't..what do i have to do to craft it all the time? idk ..plz assist

Answers: make shure that it is plugged contained by tight there are also USB drives that should be surrounded by the back of ur computer. you can also plug it contained by from there my brother have one
