What can I do?!?!?

I m having a plane ride tomorrow and I've get a mp3 phone. So can i put it in standalone mode during the ride so I can listen to my mp3 while my phone individual inactive?

Answers:    I'm thinking that if you remove the SIM card, you can be guaranteed that the signal's going nowhere so you should be safe and sound. Anyway, the real explanation airlines request that you switch your phone off during flight have nothing to do beside possible interference with avionics - it's purely to avoid the nouns that would be placed on cell phone networks by 200 phones hopping through cells at 400+mph.
Not during Takeoff, but if it have an airplane mode, select " Start in Airplane mode on Start-up" consequently turn off your phone. When they influence it's safe to use approved devices, turn it on and you will not hold any phone signal, but you can still listen to music.
