How can i sync audio and video?

i just downloaded a video from a intermingle off google and the audio and video are instrument off. whats an flowing **FREE** way to fix this problem?


Answers:    gain a program called aduacity its freeware, merely google it. and play the video whiche recording the audio using aduacity. after export that file as mp3 (u might obligation the lame_enc.dll which you can download for free, just google that as well) next open ur video next to wondows movie maker and insert your record audio so that it is in time next to the video feed, consequently mute the audio that on the video (you can do that in window movie maker) so you can only hear the audio that you inserted. and export the movie and your done. its not exactly trouble-free, but its the only style i know how to do it.
