Had to restore your health the computer, adjectives my itunes songs r gone!! assist!?

well i own a question on how to put my songs put a bet on on my playlist. i had to get better my entire computer cause it be screwed up. ok well i hold a question if u can put those songs posterior to your ipod, even thought it is a different playlist. like it say that i could either, a) erase next sync or b) transfer purchases ( i dont own a lot of purchases, i mostly hold limewire things) well i hope u can abet because i dont want to start all over again trying to download the songs again. HELP!! THNX SOOOOO MUCH!!

Transferring iTunes Music:

Download iDump or any other similar software from download.com (for free).

Method #3:
[This method does not require third do software or an internet connection. This method will verbs ALL songs, photos and videos from iPod to computer; use Method #1 to verbs specific songs. Playlists will not transfer.]

> Connect iPod to computer.
> [Start]
> [My Computer]
> Double click [iPod drive]
> [Tools]
> [Folder Options]
> [View]
> Select [Show Hidden Files & Folders] and click [OK]
> Right click [iPod Control] folder.
> Select [Properties]
> Un-select [Hidden] and click [OK]
> Select [Apply Changes To This Folder, Subfolder And Files] and click [OK]
> Open [iPod Control] folder.
> Open [Music] folder.
> You will identify folders labeled F00, F01, F02, F03, etc.
> Place iTunes side by side w/ this window. Make sure that [Music Library] is displayed.
> In iTunes select [Edit> Preferences> Advanced] and put a check subsequent to:
- [Keep iTunes Music Folder Organized] &
