I have a pink "Zen Stone 1GB" MP3. I hold put music on it and it worked for a while, but once I charged it, now it won't play through the earphones. I thought that maybe somehow the music get deleted so I hooked it up to the computer and it will play from the computer but not the telephone. Can anyone please tell me what I can do to fix it? Thanks
Answers: Try your friends or someone else's phone. If they work, just bring yourself a new headphone. Since your player works otherwise, this may be the simplest solution.
If ur freinds' phones don't work it may be the jack on the mp3 is bleak. You could use a cord to connect your headphone out socket on mp3 to your computer mic or line-in socket and see if you computer speakers will play it. Then it def is a headphone problem.
