How do i bring back a video onto my sansa e250 wen i downloaded it from limewire?

After you've installed the Sansa Media Converter software that come w/the package inside the disc, use the software and plug in your mp3 player and see if its detected. Click on Add Media and it will endow with you a window w/c will create you search for the location of the video you'd close to to transfer. Once you've found the video wallet, left click on it and click unfold. Click on Convert to convert the file type and it will automatically verbs to your mp3 player.
The file types that the Sansa Media Converter can support are the following:
.AVI (Microsoft Video 1 Format)
MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4
.VOB (Unprotected)
.MOV (Quicktime)
.WMV
