Answers:    Different players use different methods. iPOds use iTunes. Creative Zen series uses Microsoft Windows Media Player. Some of them use drag and drop within the OS. Without knowing what brand of MP3 player you have, I can't be of any more oblige than that.
usb or firewire cable that hooks from ur mp3 player to your computer, check the instruction booklet
