"Disk Error" shows up when syncing to my Ipod.?

I've tried reformating and Restoring my Ipod to default settings but nought is working what should I do?

it allows about 2.22 gb's to sync but not the rest and its an 8 gb nano, never have this problem ti'll last hours of darkness.

any help would be appreciated:)


Answers:    resourcefully, i dont know what generation your nano is, so update your info and it might give a hand me and other people out
