Creative Zen V + , want answers from owners!?

I get it 8 months ago, and i accidentally dropped it 3 days after i brought it ,and it started to have a black rank on the screen. Luckly i own my warranty and i told the person that there's file on screen. At first i thought that he will lately refurbish it but however creative cares around their customers and he replaced a brand new one for me.I am comfortable about it, and from that daylight ownwards i started to take suitable care of it. Roght presently 8 months had passed and it is still contained by good contidition.Thanks to creative!
P.S remember, do not drop your player and it will be beside you for ages!!
I had a zen microphoto that took a dump after three months...afterwards I bought a zen vision m and it's be excellent for the last year. I regard as zen is great, but my trade up to the zen vision be because I had a warranty from Circuit City.
I own heard some relations complain about them. My son have one that he dropped and abused and it kept on working. I have one and I love it but I'm sensible with it. I muse its just close to anything else. You just hold to hope you don't get a lemon. You might want to check out the reviews at cnet.com
