How do i achieve my itunes library put money on? i lately lost everything!?

first itunes wasn't opening, afterwards it said something about a dammaged library, and later opened my library beside the play counts and playlists and everything, but it was adjectives mix-mached. then, until that time i knew it, within was categorically nothing on itunes, no music, zilch. how can i get it adjectives back?
