IPod password?
ok, similar to last time, i own a friend with an iPod, she get it for 50 bucks and it has a password on it.
some relations told me last time that i entail the computer that the iPod was first pluged into.
i told her it might be stolen, becuz she get it at school, and she does not know who it belonged to, or of whats become of the kid that sold it to her.
adjectives i know is does not have internet access thats why i am asking for her.
also, the kid that sold it to is nowhere to be found.
the principal of the institution does not even know.
i think that it's stolen.
but, is near anyway she can clear the password?
maybe a download that will speak to the ipod and clear it?

Answers: Well I don't think at hand is much you can do, if it is stolen you shouldn't have bought it anyway, because in attendance is no reciept of any kind adjectives you can do is either report it to the non-emergency police to try find the personality whose it was contained by the first place and who stole it.
If not try taking it down to an apple or electronics store they will be able to endow with some good direction at least.
You could try simple passwords such as years of birth eg 1980, 1981, 1982 etc. Or 1234, 0000, 1111, 2222 etc.
