Answers: 1. yahoo music, rhapsody, napster. another entity said it is only MP3 but i.e. not true, it mp3 wma and wav music files
2. I love my sansa, it is compact has a bright blind that isn't too small. Price is awesome for capacity.
singular bad article is if you get a defence for it it can be hard to access the buttons next to big fingers. it can get scratched on the front well
3. 1.8 inch screen, color remarkably nice looking
4. the converter program that comes with it is semi-glitchy but if you want to put video or pictures on it thats they way to do it. it also have an expansion slot for a micro-sd card so you can add another 2 gigs if you want
i would really recommend it over any other mp3 player.
Why dont you google it? i found some great info.. but i enjoy no interest in it..
i found that it plays mp3 simply.. and allot of things you try to put on it you have to convert..
