Whats up next to my ipod nano 3rd gen?

i cant sync music nor videos on it(and they r contained by the rigyt format) it says that it can't be sync cuz it doesn't find the disc, something approaching that)

also when i try to format it, it tells me the Dutch auction thing.... what is going on with my ipod, plz oblige


Answers:    if u have itunes,I don`t know u should try to reinstall the itunes

Umm, I would freshly buy music off of "iTunes" as opposing syncing... just my belief...

(I know its more costly)
