I can't find rid of my used ipod nano screenlock?

i was given an ipod nano but the screenlock is on and i cant amount how to get it rotten


Answers:    simply plug it in to your computer, and if it is still registered to whoever you bought it from, reset it.
plug it into the computer and it will shift away.
