My Zune software won't update to the unmarked firmware 2.3.?
Answers: hmm it might steal work but try re-installing your software.. i have a zune too and its really a torment. if you read about the up to date firmware it says it help a small percentage of people who get zunes where the batterly time is screwed up. and i was part of a set of that small percent! but mine finally updated correctly and now it works. so i would suggest re installing it.. or restarting your computer if you havnt already. obedient luck...!
