Answers: i got a nano a few weeks ago too and im engrossed!
umm that hasnt happened to me but it happen to my sisters phone and it was a problem w/ the mobile
-or another reason could be did you press the eject button previously you unplugged it from your computer b/c i heard if you dont it messes up you ipod
-are you using the right cord to plug it contained by
-try refreshing it by holding down the center key and the menu push button for about 10 secongs (that should probally shift first)
i think your best picking would be to take it to the apple store especially if you enjoy insurance on it they will give you a free trial one if it cant be fixed, even if you dont have insurance i would cart it cause it could be a minor problem that is to say causing you like mad of stress

dude i got myself a pink nano and it have never done that! What the the heck did you do to it? Did you press the middle key and menu button at like peas in a pod time and hold it? it works wonders
