Itunes lend a hand?

when I plug in my ipod it say that it is connected but on itunes it does not show it connected and it sounds like it is connected but it does no update. What should I do?? Please Help


Answers:    Go to "file" next "sync" if that doesn't help i'd jump to the apple.com support forums
