Need assist near converting limewire video to itunes and ipod?

I got a video converter onto my computer so the total thing is set up.
It say step one is: Add one or multiple video files to the computer.
How do I do this? I have two video downloaded on limewire. I don't know how to save them as files on my computer.
please facilitate!


Answers:    first i would use jodix it is a kick *** converter download it than you enjoy to hit explore on limewire and convert the videos to you folder than click attach files than hit convert and you done
