How does my ITOUCH know my itunes rationalization?

Well, I finally got that stupid ITUNES rationalization to work...so when I am out and about on my ITOUCH how does it know my portrayal? Do I have to enter it on in attendance?

You should hold successfully given your iPod touch the necessary information it requests to be able to purchase songs via the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store on your device.
It doesnt thing because you will find that when you are out and about you wont find much free wifi out in attendance anyways so you will either hold to pay to use the wifi or realize you (or someone else) basically paid hundreds of dollars for a exceptionally very tiny amount of storage and controlled access to the internet.
