2. if you can unjailbreak it.. is there any opening that u can tell it be previously jailbroken??
3. if my batter starts to wear off how do i take a new one?
4. if an ipod touch near more GB's can i send mines surrounded by to apple to get it upgraded?? (in memory?) for a price as expected.

Answers: 1. Yep, a restore will "unjailbreak" it.
2. Not as far as I know. My understanding is that the restore completely replaces the software. It would be equal as re-installing the OS on your computer. If they really dug they could probably figure it out but it wouldn't be readily identifiable as far as I know.
3. You hold to send it into apple. There is a charge unless its below an apple care plan. You can do it yourself but its a bit more complicated next replacing a cell phone battery. You could effortlessly damage it beyond repair.
4. Apple doesn't own any kind of "upgrade" plan. If a different one with more GBs comes out and you don't evolve to be within the standard return fanlight you'd have to buy a integral now iPod, full price.

3. You can buy a mobile replacement kit for probably 40-50 bucks and do it yourself which is severely difficult and requires the hands of a surgeon, or you can transport it to apple for 90 bucks and they'll do it for you
