IPOD touch iTUNES upgrade?

It says that I obligation to download the latest altered copy 1.1.3, but when I cick upgrade it displays the message that I am not connected to the internet, make sure your internet is alive, and try again later.
Well I do own the internet, and it's working fine (and itunes store is working fine too!) Just not this upgrade button!
ITS SO FRUSTRATING! SOMEONE HELP ME OUT!


Answers:    Well maybe the iTunes server is not responding, try again after that.

P.S. The full upgrade to 1.1.3 ISN'T FREE, it costs 20 dollars. The free upgrade only fixes bugs (errors on the iPod).

Here ( http://www.PetitionOnline.com/freeappi/p... ) you can sign a petition to be sent to Apple for them to get the upgrade free.
