3) The zune comes beside a software that all you enjoy to do is find the song you want and drag it over then click upload

in that is one more article I have to fashion you aware of if you didnt already know...that is when you are playing music you in actual fact have to stop the song if you want to shift back to the principal screen otherwise the music will verbs to play.
I love my (Halo) Zune.
I would highly recommend it.
It comes near a CD to install a iTunes similar to app for Zune so you wouldn't need to bother near Windows Media Player.
Mine has NEVER froze up. My iPods do freeze up profusely.
