HELP!! My iTunes Won't Play The Music!?

A message appears that says:
iTunes have detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video Playback may not operate properly.

How can I fix this? Please and Thank You :D

press menu button for 5 second, and it's the reset key. Should be working after that.
