Shoud i return with an ipod mini?

Ok so my friend said he would sell me a 4 see ipod mini for $70,But i might be able to achieve it down to $50.So should i buy it or just buy a trial one?

for $50 you can't go wrong but he is probably selling it because of a crap battery-operated. Go to fatwallet.com and look around for some good deal.
