Broken mp3 player lost headhones unqualified to return HELP!?

I have a investigational mp3 player broken but still under warranty. To return it i have need of to find the broken headphones that come with it to acquire store credit. Does anyone know what i should do or where i stand justifiably?

Did you step on the player? By 'broken" do you niggardly damaged? If it's dog-eared, you're out of luck.. warranties cover issues beside workmanship, not abuse. If you bought the player at Best Buy (or someplace that offer the "for any reason " store warranty) ask if you can in recent times return the player for a new one, and they hold on to the headphones, software, etc. It's worth a shot if you can't find the resourceful headphones. If possible, find one at like store (a set of headphones) and box it up with the player.
boy is that a mess or what? legally= u acquire what you buy. find your sales rec. find your broken box( you mighta tore down ), find your broken telephone, put them with your broken mp3 player and run it back and narrate them it was broke when you sympathetic the box. if thats what happen. check the exchange contained by store and make sure its not broke previously you bring it home.
