How do you fix your ipod whe it froze upbut the songs still show upand the lantern sill on?

i can change he song. i cnt hear nil. it looks lie its on but isnt doing anythig .i shows the closing played song but isnt changing it frozein the midle of the song and wo alow me to lock it or cut it past its sell-by date.


Answers:    Press and hold the top button and turn it off and next turn it back on and it should be fine.
hold the middle button and the menu(top) button together until it restarts
