at the beginning it basically wouldn't sync with my laptop and after a while it did by miracle.... and next i was trying to ply a song on it and it only just froze...you know just stopped working
i'm getting realy frustrated.
Answers: hold down the center and menu button at like peas in a pod time... or maybe the interruption and center button. its two am my brains not working...... or only let it run out of battery-operated.
try this it may help pres the menu and foundation button at the same time
