How do I verbs itunes downloads to my MP3?

I have purchased $25 of itunes and can't verbs them to my MP3 player

Answers: In iTunes go to your song.
Right click.
In the pop up porthole hit convert to mp3.
Drag and drop the mp3 to your player.
Thats it.
