MP3 player be dysfunctional, but consequently it started to work properly again. What can I do to preserve it that means of access?
Two days following, I turned it on, and it turned on as if nothing happen, my information, and my music were still on the player. It froze once again when I tried to shut it sour, and went put a bet on to recovery mode when I go to reset it. But when I reset it again after that, it went rear legs to normal.

Answers: did you of late get it two days ago if you did i would cart it back. if your warranty is up within is not much you can do. make sure you are disonccecting the mp3 player until that time you unplug it from your computer. I had one and the same problem with my zen and i terminated up getting a new one. If you ending up talking near a person at creative create sure you do so through email because they charge you for every call.
