Answers: Jailbreaking the iPod Touch or the iPhone are risky things to do. You have to lift many things surrounded by consideration before you do this:
Once you Jailbreak, you own officially voided your warranty near Apple. Here is the catch on restoring it to. As you probably know, Apple releases "updates for the iPod Family and these updates are different respectively time. If you have a hack (Jailbroken) iPod touch and then you try to download and install a update, you hold the chance of mortal screwed for good. A select number of the updates are equipped near the brick feature. Meaning, it detects that you iPod touch is hack and it will stop there and brick it. Making it completely impossible to Restore it or do anything. The updates that come near this are completely random. Apple does this to keep hold of people from going against the poilcy they agreed to to. So, they enjoy every right to do this. Once your iPod is bricked, most peoples first reaction is to whip it to the Apple store and request a new one. This is where on earth things get obnoxious. As soon as you hand the hack and bricked iPod to the Mac Genius, he will point to this huge sign that is right nearby on the Genius Bar that talks something like how "modifying the software is going against what you agreed to and that the warranty is now void". He might, if you lucky, put in the picture you to have a great sunshine. Then you would be walking out of the Apple store with alike useless bricked i-whatever.
I know, Jailbreaking is awesome but at the same time its against the policy. Apple is WAY smarter than the empire creating Jailbreaking software and they will do what they have to do to maintain people from Jailbreaking.
You are better sour waiting because Apple is already in the final stages of a hot update that will allow for third party applications to run. Of course, you would enjoy to pay for them but it would be worth it.
