Plus you can choose a "power song" consequence when you hit the center button of your ipod your favorite song will come on and give you that extra boost your involve.
I used it as I was training for my first classic last year and it be such a help. I categorically love it. I bought it for my roommate who was training beside me as a graduation present. She loves it too. It used to be about $40, but I regard its come down to close to $30. They could have charge $80 and I still would own gotten it. Totally worth the money.
