What motivation can you endow with Best Buy to exchange an ipod underneath warranty?

I got a warranty that said if within is something wrong with your ipod they will exchange it, but when i go i said that "it didnt work" and they said i needed a better reason so what purpose should i give?


Answers:    Try, "I am mentally incapable of interfacing next to this device"!
Ask for a manager and bring up to date them "it doesn't work" It has a warranty and it desires fixed or replaced now. You don't hold to come up with reason.... unless it looks like your dog ate it or you run it over. LOL Best buy customer service is in the dumps - have been for yesteryear few years - I use Circuit City now. They pulled equal crap on me..... I won, but I'm not a nice person when businesses litter to hold up their side of a warranty.
