My sansa c-2oo seem to be stuck on the refreshing database eyeshade. It starts to stimulate later freezes, HELP!?

My sansa mp3 player ( c-200) starts to refresh the database next freezes on that screen and I cant access my music or anything. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??
